Even though it began to rain about an hour before they were finished, they kept on working and cleaning up. Showed up on time and finished job in one day. After they stabilized everything, they did all the masonry repairs (the cosmetics) and it all looks beautiful. Anglin’s – when we first discovered the sagging brick arch under the porch we had no idea what we were in for and it was a little daunting.

They got straight to work in the blazing heat. Our front brick stoop and stairs got supported, welded up our metal railing, fixed a bunch of mortar work and left everything neat and clean.

Anglin’s, and was able to get an appointment that week with their estimator. Garden wall 6-7 feet high started to fall. Braced with piers after straightening; all cracks beautifully mortared and repaired. Even helped me out with an existing french drain by digging it with their machine which saved me days of back breaking labor. Anglin’s, things are stabilized and back to where they should be. I wanted to write this review because good people deserve good things. Anglin’s gets more business, that is how much they impressed me. Atlanta number was disconnected and the guy that answered the other number said that he would do the work in wood but not steel.

Problem was, they were proposing sinking helical piers 20 feet into the ground, pouring new footings on that, and then installing new steel posts.

The man that came out and wrote the proposal told me that he could look at it and didn’t even require me to take time off of work to be there.

They proposed to sink rebar into the ground and poor larger, higher footings. When they came in to check level with a 6-foot level, it was dead-on level in every direction. Although every one of them quotes differently in how they break down the quote – the bottom line was almost identical – within a few dollars.

They built entryway steps—they did reinforce the steps. They wanted to sure about them not being able to brick exactly the original brick way back and they don’t have that kind of brick anymore.

I had some cracks in my brick and they repaired it. I had brick mortar that he needed to match and he did an excellent of matching the mortar, which is not easy to do.

He worked really hard and it looks great. My friend ran over a brick pillar out in the yard. This was about fifty or sixty bricks stacked up. I could expect in the work he was going to do and what they thought they could do. I had crumbling cement as well as some loose bricks. They only did brick steps and a walkway. They rebuilt and replaced my front steps and stoop. We had to replace part of a sidewalk and he put a stone step in in my front area and he levelled some grading.

They customized it and they made it work. I wanted done and got it figured out. They were quality individuals that showed up. I don’t know if he could have done better because it’s an older brick patio. It also had to do with rebuilding a front porch that had to be poured with concrete and tile put on top. I had no problems with all the work. It looked pretty good—kind of saved it from falling apart. It was just a misunderstanding, nothing anybody did wrong, but they came back out and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before they left.

They did masonry work on my outdoor steps to the front door. Both times, we had a retaining block wall in the back that’s sliding down the hill and he repaired it. We had to put in a concrete base, and then we put a brick patio on top of that. They did a repair on my front steps. They replaced my front stoop that was all cracking with the bricks. The contractor that built the house did a crappy job.
